welcome to cseed
at cseed (pronounced "c" + "seed"), our mission is to inspire university of washington engineering & design students to become innovators—to build, create, lead, and empower themselves to bring their most insane ideas to life and solve the problems they are most passionate about.
our vision 💫
we aim to redefine engineering & design culture at uw, shifting away from a focus that is solely on resume-building and career optimization to one of genuine passion, innovation, experimentation, failure, and purpose. we encourage students to approach their education and future with a fresh, fearless perspective.
if you’re looking to join a high-energy community that prioritizes:
action >> talk
kindness >> judgment
growth >> complacency
collaboration >> competition
we’d love to have you as a part of our community <3
we bring all of this to life with the following 3 programs:
programs & teams
executive team
the exec team is responsible for general events :
conversations: panels & engaging speaker sessions with startup founders and student builders creating things they’re passionate about.
workshops: skill-building events, like our gen ai chatbot builder workshop.
socials: fun, creative events designed to spark genuine connections, curiosity, and collaboration—like our rabbithole + boba social!
if you are a cseed member who has in fact NOT had a 1000/10 experience, PLEASE do let us know, we promise we won’t cry and are here to support you all :)
reach us at cseed-officers@u.washington.edu
meet the kind, passionate, & extremely dedicated people who make all of the magic happen 💫
p.s. please give them a high five when you see them around campus, they do a lot <3
